A rutile type electrode exhibiting superior all positional (except vertical down) performance with improved moisture-resistant coating for weld metal of high radiographic integrity. A major application is the welding of a wide range of 300 and 400-series stainless sheets of steel to mild/low alloy steel giving strong tough welds due to higher alloying and high ferrite levels.

The smooth arc action of this electrode together with low spatter and excellent slag control/ detachability promote a high-quality weld appearance. A major application is the welding of a wide range of 300 and 400-series stainless sheets of steel to mild/low alloy steel giving strong tough welds due to higher alloying and high ferrite levels.
It is also applicable to clad steel side welding of AlSI316, AlSI316L stainless clad steel for corrosion resistance lining of ferritic steel and Cr-Mo steel.
Operational and Packaging Data:
- Electrode size: 2.6mm, 3.2mm, and 4.0mm.
- Electrode length: 300kg, and 350kg.
- Electrode packaging: 2.5kg, 5kg, and 20kg.
